I believe people make the greatest changes in their lives when they feel understood—not judged.
For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people through some of the most difficult and defining moments of their lives. That experience taught me to look beyond what someone is doing and become curious about why.

My Story
My path hasn’t been a straight line. Every chapter has shaped the way I show up for people today—with understanding, curiosity, and a deep belief in what’s possible.
Over the years, I’ve continued to build on that experience through extensive training in coaching, hypnotherapy, human behaviour and communication. I’m a Certified Life Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist and RTT® Practitioner trained in the Marisa Peer Method, as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher, with additional training in negotiation and mediation and understanding and managing aggressive behaviour.
But my greatest education has always been people.
More than 20 years of sitting beside people in difficult moments has taught me how to stay curious when things are complicated, calm when emotions are high, and to look beyond behaviour to understand the person underneath.

Where it began
For two decades, I ran a therapeutic foster home for children who had experienced significant trauma. Over those years, I had the privilege of helping raise 25 children—each with their own story, challenges, and way of experiencing
the world.

What it taught me
I learned that behaviour rarely tells the whole story. When I stopped focusing only on what someone was doing and became curious about what was happening underneath, everything changed.
Understanding created possibilities that judgment never could.

Where It Led Me
Those experiences became the foundation of my work today. I help people who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected understand what’s really going on, rebuild trust in themselves, and begin moving forward with greater confidence.
Sometimes the right conversation can change everything.
